Betty Woods Gimarelli has designed and produced the 24-karat gold-plated Portland Ornament™ since 1989, and the Seattle Ornament™ since 1994.

The hand numbered, limited edition Seattle Ornaments are 24-karat gold-plated with enamel silkscreen, and come hanging from a ribbon laying on peachboard. On the top of the box is a gold seal. The ornament also includes a story of the historic site.

In the summer of 2009, Betty's grandson, Chris Harris, married, and together with his wife, Siobhan Harris, acquired the Seattle Ornament. Betty will continue to be the artist. Chris and Siobhan reside in Seattle.

Today Betty’s ornaments are collected by aficionados world wide. In addition to The Portland Ornament™ and The Seattle Ornament™, Betty has done commission work for various organizations including the Mt. Hood Festival of Jazz, Le Clefs d'Or Congress (Rome, Italy), various private and public schools, and the Official 1998 Nike World Masters Games Ornament.
