If you are not completely satisfied with your ornament purchase, please return in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods along with original packing slip. We cannot be responsible for misdirected or lost shipments.

To exchange for a different ornament, please return in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods along with original packing slip. Please indicate the ornament change for the replacement item. If replacement item cannot be provided we will credit your account minus shipping.

We will try to accommodate every request in a timely manner if your order has not already shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email for all requests.
